All images in this year's calendar were hand-painted by artist Luis Rincón (@luis_artesplasticas on Instagram) - scanned at 266 megapixels for the most incredible colors and details.

Never received either purchase

I ordered two calendars to be delivered at my daughter’s house and I was going to bring one home with me. When I arrived, found out she didn’t get them. I ordered another one for me in January and I have yet to receive it. These people don’t know what customer service means. I am requesting a refund from both purchases and I will never buy another product from them. I am VERY disappointed with this company.

This review misrepresents the situation. For the first order you used 'Buy With Prime', which is entirely managed through your Amazon account. The tracking information we have shows that the first two calendars were successfully delivered to your Florida address on Nov 3rd, the day after you placed the order. If you wanted to dispute the delivery, we informed you that you needed to do it through your Amazon account. If you want to dispute that delivery, you still need to contact Amazon.

The second order was sent on January 8th to an address in Los Angeles. That appears to be undeliverable (possibly because of the wildfires) but this review is the first we have heard from you about it not being delivered. I have refunded that order.

I am not sure why your first step is to send threatening emails and leave negative reviews before letting us fix the situation. We don't delete reviews so hopefully customers can see from the 900+ 5-star reviews that customer service is a high priority.
