Sequoia National Park Hoodie - Lines
Sequoia National Park Hoodie - Lines
This hoodie features a design reminiscent of the cover of the classic 1979 album "Unknown Pleasures" by Joy Division, which has become an icon of modern graphic design since its release over 40 years ago. The lines on the album cover were a graphical representation of radio waves received from distant pulsars. We have reinterpreted that aesthetic with elevation lines from our national parks.
The process of creating these designs is labor-intensive and involves cartography, coding, graphic design and a little artistic license (some national parks are flatter than others!). National Parks Partnership is the only place you will find these designs. As with all of our products, all profits are donated to national park charities.
We spent a long time searching for the perfect hoodie. We finally found one that strikes the right balance between thickness, softness, hood shape and durability. This hoodie feels fantastic to wear and the fine texture of the material allows the line-work of the design to really shine. All National Parks Partnership products are printed in the USA.
