Never received it!

I ordered this on the website in "Dark Heather," size 2XL for my husband on 11/22/24, but NEVER RECEIVED IT. My credit card statement reflects that I was charged on 11/23/24. I never even received an email or any other form of notification regarding estimated arrival or what entity would be delivering it (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc). Under "Contact US" on the website I reached out about this on 12/3/24, but have received no response. The website mentions a "Help" button in the lower part of the screen, for faster assistance; however, that "Help" button simply is not there. I am more than disappointed. There is no way to speak to anyone or actually get any form of customer service. Very shady.

Excellent quality hoodie

The Yosemite National Park hoodie is of excellent quality. It's comfortable, warm, and the design is amazing. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.
